A growth mindset, as defined by Carol Dweck, is the belief that abilities and intelligence can be developed through effort, persistence, and learning from mistakes. By reflecting on the following statements, you can assess how well you are currently encouraging a growth mindset and identify areas for improvement.

1 = Strongly Disagree

2 = Disagree

3 = Neutral

4 = Agree
